Winery Tasting Notes
An expressive bouquet of meringue and crème brulee mixed with scents of pear, honeysuckle and lemon curd.
The palate has a spring water weight whilst delivering a power of fruits with stone and tropical notes. In the mouth the wine is textural and silky yet tight with a fine mineral-like acidity.
