Laurent-Perrier is selective when declaring vintages – rarely declaring them and only in the very best years with a unique character. Thus the BRUT MILLÉSIMÉ (Vintage Brut) is an exceptional wine and while it maintains the signature style of the House’s wines, it reflects the unique characteristics of the vintage year. Laurent-Perrier’s millésimes have excellent ageing capacity.

Winery Tasting Notes
Golden yellow colour with fine, persistent beading, a very fine ring of bubbles.
A fresh, forthright nose with top notes of candied pineapple. The second nose is more complex, with hints of poached Mirabelle plums.
Very pleasant attack, well-balanced and rounded. Persistent aromas of white peach in the fresh, complex finish.
Serve at around 10°C. This Brut Millésimé 2004 will pair admirably with a terrine of young rabbit with hazelnuts, a white fish soufflé (pike perch or sea bass) served with a citrus cream sauce, a fish or scallop chowder, poule au pot, or a fine, aged Comté cheese.
