Côte de Nuits, Saône et Loire and Irancy all bring deep tannins while Côte de Beaune will bring more fruitiness.
The wine is fermented (during two weeks in general) by the different growers, with the style of the region where it is coming from. The cuvée is aged one part in barrels and one part in vats during 9 to 16 months before bottling.

Winery Tasting Notes
It offers a colour of medium intensity, purplish in its youth changing to ruby and then garnet, after several years in bottle.
It is harmonious and balanced, with a plump fruitiness and silky texture offset by round, gentle tannins in a wine of medium body and elegant structure. The very typical, fragrant varietal bouquet is complemented by a deliciously lingering finish.
With this wine, you can enjoy grilled or boiled red meats, roasts, mild game, soft cheeses like Camembert and Brie.
Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir can be kept for 5 years for an average vintage and seven years in good years with small yields.
