Co-fermented with wild and cultured yeast - by definition you have no idea which prevailed; 15% barrel fermentation has added a dimension to the structure and the flavours are a neat combination of citrus/green pea on the one hand, and tropical on the other. Winery Tasting Notes
This wine displays lime and passionfruit aromas, persistent lime acidity on the core, balanced by complex barrel ferment note. Coferment of indigenous and cultured yeasts, with 15% barrel ferment.
