Classic Blanc de Blancs nose that displays white chocolate and vanilla notes with traces of honey and citrus.

Perfectly served as an aperitif, with strawberries and cream or, with smoked salmon, crab mousse and char-grilled seafood.

Cellaring Potential

Drink beautifully now.

Winemaking Notes

A modern computer controlled Bucher airbag press was used with a modified champagne cycle that resulted in 430 litres per tonne of free run juice from whole bunch pressed grapes and only this free run component was used. The base wine was fermented entirely in old, neutral French oak barriques and then aged on lees well into the second half of 2001 when the final blend was created and tiraged. The 2000 Kreglinger Vintage Brut “Blanc de Blancs” was disgorged in late 2004 after 3 years on yeast autolysis.
