- SA - McLaren Vale

Blended from 45 separately fermented parcels from 22 vineyard locations. Does not have the intensity or power of Kangarilla Road's '13 single vineyard Shirazs, but is a tidy number nonetheless, leaving no doubt about its variety or place of origin. It is very well balanced, with an almost fleshy feel to its blackberry, licorice and dark chocolate palate, the tannins fine, the long finish well balanced. James Halliday, Rating 93, 27th July 2015
