The conditions leading up to the 2011 vintage were very favourable with McLaren Vale experiencing very mild weather during the summer. We have had some of the best rainfall within the past decade and due to these conditions natural acidity levels have been almost perfect with very good flavours at much lower sugar levels than typically seen. This is a citrus and tropical driven style of two varieties whose origins can be traced to the Jura in France. This wine is our McLaren Vale interpretation.

Winery Tasting Notes
Savagnin Blanc, Chardonnay
Aromas of pears and Granny Smith apple with lemon and lime citrus complemented with hints of pineapple and light herbal notes.
The flavour is full of light sweet tropical fruit and lychee with lovely texture and crisp acidity with a long lingering finish.
Enjoy with seafood of all persuasions.
