Winery Tasting Notes
Aroma
Classic Cabernet characters of blackberry and black currant conserve on the nose with lovely nuances of peppermint leaf.
Palate
The palate is intense with intense black fruits, earth and sweet chalky tannins. Seamless integrated oak marries wonderfully with the palate which finishes with extraordinary length of flavour.
