The Crossing wines fulfill a different purpose from the Estate wines. They are our more easy drinking style with an appropriately lower price tag. We would like them to be enjoyed every day while the Estate wines remain the pinnacle of our ambitions, spending more time in oak (in the case of the reds) and being released later.

Winery Tasting Notes
Vibrant crimson red in colour.
This wine shows rich ripe fruit characteristics of red cherry, blueberry, blackcurrant and plum along with hints of spice, liquorice, black olive and cedary vanillin oak.
The palate is smooth and plush with a good depth of fleshy fruits and modest oak influence. The long fine tannins are balanced and create great length and structure.
The Juniper Crossing Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is made in a style for immediate drinking pleasure, but has at least 5 years cellaring potential.
