Two blocks of the best Pinot Noir were harvested by hand and fermented in old French oak. Following tirage and secondary fermentation in the bottle, the wine had more than three years ageing on yeast lees to develop complexity and sophistication.
A beautiful sparkling rose in a stylish gift box!
- TAS - Tasmania
This is a more savoury Jansz rose, reflective of the cool '11 season in notes of tomato, pink pepper and mushroom, amplified by the wet wood character of barrel fermentation. Its core of strawberry, cherry and watermelon fruit remains intact, as does its silky, creamy texture, pretty medium salmon hue and persistent finish. A vintage to drink young.
