Brilliant yellow with pale amber highlights.
Intense yet delicate with pure, fresh and well-integrated notes of honey, cocoa, lightly toasted hazelnuts and candied fruits.
A savoury explosion of ripe fruit revealing red fruits, white chocolate, caramel and Danish pastry, typical of Cristal Brut. Silky, concentrated texture, supported by an intense, powerful and vinous structure, which maintains a superb refinement. The palate builds and builds, with the delicious sensation of harmonious flavours.The finish is fresh with a hint of bitterness making it almost crunchy.
Serve chilled (8 to 10 degrees celcius). Richly perfumed, Louis Roederer Cristal is an exquisite aperitif or celebratory Champagne. The strength and finesse of Cristal make it an excellent accompaniment to delicate dishes including shellfish such as scallops, lobster and crayfish, John Dory fish and caviar.
