The marriage of the terra rossa soils of Coonawarra with the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety has produced some of Australia's greatest and longest living wines. Quite simply, if you're going to produce Cabernet Sauvignon in this country, Coonawarra is one of maybe two regions you'd choose to do it in. Coonawarra Cabernet is rich in flavour, but with a level of elegance and complexity that makes it one of Australia's signature wines.
