This exotic ‘blushed’ white wine is produced in a rarely used style by taking the “free run” juice exclusively from premium ‘red’ Shiraz grapes in the earliest stages of processing at the de-stemming machine. Unlike a typical Australian Rose, which is left on the skins for 24 hours or more to gain colour, the juice has not been “pressed” and has minimum contact with the skins. This accounts for the luscious “fairy floss” mouth feel and gorgeous, almost fluorescent watermelon- pink colour.
Something to try at least once!
