The premium fruit was picked in the cool of the night then processed immediately on arrival to maximise varietal characters and minimise oxidation. The juice was then fermented for the greatest aroma and to bring out the natural expression of the fruit. The wine was bottled as soon as possible after fermentation to retain a crisp, clean finish.

Vibrant pale straw with a green hue
Zesty lime, gooseberry & mango
Passionfruit, citrus, lemon zest and delicious apricot. Medium body. Excellent texture with a long and clean finish.
This style of wine drinks at its best within the first 12 months of bottling, however it will cellar and drink well for up to three years.
Superb with risottos, Thai curries, vegetable dishes, luncheon salads and cheese boards.
