We taste every barrel of Cabernet Sauvignon 1 year after vintage to select the best wines for further oak maturation as our Reserve blend. The wines are carefully chosen for their intensity and complexity of fruit, mouthfeel and the quality of tannins, oak integration and their overall balance and harmony.
All reserve wines have been created and released with longevity in mind. Maturation in oak and bottle enable them to be enjoyed upon release and further enhanced with careful cellaring.

Winery Tasting Notes
The colour is a deep brick red with some rich mahogany hues.
The aroma is intensely varietal. It shows herbaceous characters, menthol, mint and some savoury notes of meat and soy.
Extended time in American and French oak hogsheads gives a nice earthy cedary bouquet. The palate is well structured with grippy tannins and acidity providing length and backbone.
