Brilliant pale straw.
Complex aromas of edelweiss flower, lychee with underlying hints of eucalyptus.
The mouthfeel is very generous, with a long integrated acid back bone and rich floral notes lingering The wine is ready to be enjoyed now, but will develop a richer mouth feelover the next few years.
Fillet of dhufish, poached in citrus court bouillon served on potato galette with cardamom and anise dressing.
