‘Fresh and fruity Margaret River drop with a honey-dew melon nose and strong nectarine palate. Lovely minerality, well balanced, with a crisp finish’.95 Points - David Prestipino, Sunday Times STM
Pale colour, bright; restrained grapefruit and nectarine bouquet; the palate is tightly wound and minerally, with linear and lemony acidity providing drive; talcy and fresh to conclude. Rating 90 - James Halliday, Australian Wine Company 20 Jan 2011
Winery Tasting Notes
Bright pale straw in appearance this wine is a result of a wonderful vintage that produced this lovely Chardonnay.
The wine bursts from the glass with classical pear and stone fruit aromatics.
A soft creamy, powerful palate expression, balanced by fine and delicate acidity which give a complete wine with considerable length and persistence of flavour.
Drink in it’s youth or cellar with confidence for a further 2 – 3 years.
