The wine shows fruits of pineapple and passionfruit with a punchy lemon zest lift. A rich and textural mid-palate is framed by a refreshing citrus acid line providing precision and length to the crisp, clean finish.

25% of the blend was fermented and matured for 4 months in 1 & 2 year old French oak barriques.

Gravel, flint and grapefruit notes enter the room ahead of grass and tropical fruit. It would feel reserved if it didn't also boast a bold body of flavour. Established was established by John and Beryl Anderson in 1985 at Wilyabrup, in the Margaret River.

In 1999, the winery was purchased by Dutch/Swiss businessman Hans Hulsbergen. Under his ownership, most of the winery's output was exported to Europe, where his wine business interests were centred.

The ownership triangle was completed in December 2010 when young Perth brothers Aaron and John Young bought the 26 hectare property with its 17 hectares of vines on Metricup Road. The main varieties grown are Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Shiraz.

Fermoy’s wines developed such a reputation for its amazing quality that in 2004 Fermoy Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was the only Western Australian wine served during the Official reception for the royal wedding of Crown Prince Fredrick of Denmark and Mary Donaldson. This winery continuously proves itself as one of the finest producers in the Margaret River Wine Region.

Duo female team of Winemakers Liz Dawson and Coralie Garnier-Lewis created wines with a reputation for their exceptional quality, elegance and distinction.
