Bajoz Joven Tinta de Toro is the result of the selection of the best Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) grapes. These grapes were picked from 20 to 40 year-old vines. The result is a fruity and well balanced wine, thanks to its sweet and polished tannins.

Winery Tasting Notes
Deep, cherry red colour, with violet tones.
Fruity and intense on the nose, with hints of ripe fruit and liquorice.
Well balanced, elegant, pleasant and lively on the palate, with a long finish. It is very fruity, with sweet tannins.
An ideal wine to enjoy with red and white meats, pizza or pasta. Serve chilled, between 14ºC and 16ºC.
The grapes are selected, and then they undergo a period of cold maceration, where the skin is in contact with must. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (28ºC). Finally, the micro-oxygenation process is carried out in order to obtain the maximum fruitiness and sweetest tannins.
A Vino Joven is a vintage wine that is fermented in a steel tank and is not aged in a barrel. In Spain it is distributed in glasses or sold in bottles under many different designations.
