Ideal to serve with a Sunday roast, game and fowl. Best served at 16 to 17º C.
The wine has undergone 15 days of maceration and has been fermented at controlled temperatura at 28 to 30º C. Afterwards, and once the wine has totally undergone malolactic fermentation, the wine has aged for 14 months in mew American oak barrels. Decanting were done every 4 months, in order to get more oxygenation and expressiveness. After the wine was taken out from the barrel, it has remained in the bottle for another 9 months.
A wine in the Crianza age category must be aged for at least 24 months in barriques and/or in bottles; depending on the region, 6-12 months of this must be in an oak barrel. A wine classified as a Crianza can therefore only be sold in the third year after the harvest.
