Rich and pleasant on the palate, the wine shows intense flavours of ripe, juicy pears, quince, spicy liquorice and a hint of smoke with refreshingly crisp acidity. Very well structured with a nice persistent finish.

Aroma

The nose is open with autumn fruits flavours (quince, baked apples). Airing reveals honeyed and crystallized notes.

Palate

The palate is rich but remains fresh. In the middle palate, a little bit of roundness delicately supported by the acidity of the wine.
