Appellation: Alsace A.C., France
Pinot Blanc is a very old grape variety but it achieved its present reputation only during the last few years. The wine is soft and rich at front, then reveals complex flavours of citrus, lime and some minerality. Beautifully integrated with lively, crisp acidity. Well structured and refreshingly light.
