Varietal Makeup: Shiraz 40%, Grenache 30%, Mourvedre 30%
The colour is a dense dark purple.
Lifted rich plummy blue and red fruit aromas with hints of tar and liquorice.
Medium bodied palate of crunchy fruit finishing with meaty earth and spice notes.
Serve with confit duck, grilled game or meats cooked Languedoc style (mushrooms, carrots and parsley).
