Fruit picked from selected vineyards at 12.5°c to achieve a fruity, lighter more elegant style. Cool soak of crushed fruit on skins to extract delicate Rose’ flavour and colour, followed with a cool fermentation with specially selected yeast to retain and enhance fruit aromas and flavours.

Bright rosewater red/light crimson.
Clean and refreshing berries and red cherries aromas. Predominantly fruit driven with confectionery undertones.
Clean and crisp. Soft berry flavours. Medium length with a slightly sweet fruit finish.
Enjoy with seafood, light pasta or as an aperitif.
