We absorb the wine-making styles of Burgundy and Rhone in particular, but set out to take advantage of our more consistent climate and some of the better new techniques to create wines of greater concentration and flavour ripeness yet still with the full length of palate that goes with ultra premium wines the world over.
- VIC - Geelong
Deep garnet; a dark and herbaceous bouquet of hoi sin, dark plums and sage; the palate is warmly textured, with ample silky tannins and fine acidity; this is a savoury, brambly pinot that is sure to offer more undergrowth characters as it ages.

Winery Tasting Notes
Perfumed and aromatic with a deep fruit mix of cherry and red fruits and spicy notes on the nose.
An edgy and complex pinot with black and red fruits. Savoury with a nice tannin kick at the back palate.
Will age gracefully for at least ten years under ideal storage conditions.
