Chateau Tour Saint Paul was founded by the Yung family in 1983. Its name pays tribute to a family tradition spanning several generations, whereby the eldest son is always named Paul or Pierre, alternating each time. Chateau Tour Saint Paul refers to the eldest of two brothers who own the property today. The winery also bears testimony to ancestral tradition, as the grapes are vinified in the original 300- year- old buildings featured on the label. The result is a wine bursting with ripe fruit aromas, lifted with spicy notes.

"… Suave attack, lovely succulence and fullness on the palate with compact aromas that are still shy and closely-integrated tannins framing the whole. Shows promise." Concours International – Gilbert & Gaillard 2015
Just tasting through three samples of Bordeaux (L’Hirondelle de Faugeres St Emilion Grand Cru $31.99 , Chateau Du Puy Bonnet Montagne-St-Emilion $19,99) and this, the cheapest, offers the best drinking. Like it when that happens. A reflection of the reputedly good 2014 vintage, perhaps. Importer: Grays Online. Rating 89 - Gary Walsh, Drink to 2018, (19/OCT/2015)
