The 2010 Crabtree Hilltop Vineyard Shiraz is produced from our estate grown fruit in the very heart of the Watervale sub region of the Clare Valley.
The handpicked fruit was open fermented and basket pressed using traditional methods and matured in a blend of three and four year old French oak barriques for 14 months.

Winery Tasting Notes
This spicy Shiraz shows lifted pepper aromatics and sweet berry fruit flavours with a finely textured tannin structure. Made by a dedicated Crabtree crew.
Careful cellaring this wine should mature gracefully for five+ years.
Serve with spicy duck red curry and aromatic rice.
