Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, Sardinia
Sardinia's only DOCG classification with 100% Vermentino grapes. The wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel and remains in tank until bottling early in the New Year. The aim is to produce a pure yet savoury, complex and textured dry white food wine.

Winery Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with green tinges.
The nose is intense with hints of apple and bitter almond.
This medium bodied wine has a lightness to it which is refreshing, showing lovely citrus and minerality on the palate, plus just a hint of sea-spray. Long and savoury and very moreish!
Serve well chilled with a range of fresh fish and shell fish. A dry white crying out for deep fried squid, natural oysters, grilled fish and white fish and chips! Also a
wonderful aperitivo with Carta di Musica (unique Sardegna style unleavened bread).
