Pinot Noir is anything but predictable – both in the vineyard and winery. Our focus is on allowing the site and fruit to express itself naturally, producing an honest reflection of its origin. We do this through hand picking, gentle hand plunging and handling, natural fermentation and by not over oaking the wine (20% new French oak maximum, with the balance in older French oak).

Deep garnet red.
An alluring mixture of dark berry fruits, lifted florals and spice with underlying savoury notes.
Elegant and silken with wild, dark berry flavours and gentle dried herb notes. Medium bodied, the palate is structured and graceful with plush fruit and exceptional fruit and tannin integration which lingers in the mouth.
Match with charcuterie, crispy skin duck or new season lamb.
Drink with confidence through to 2018.
