Our aim with Pinot Gris, is to produce a wine with pure fruit expression while working to coerce out the textural elements that this variety is renowned for. Through the quality of our home vineyard fruit and a variety of techniques in the winery, including some oak fermentation and aging, we are able to achieve a flavoursome dry wine with lovely palate weight and richness. Along with the dry style, keeping alcohol levels at moderate levels is a priority and allows the wine to partner with food beautifully, without ever dominating it.

Lifted aromatics of yellow stonefruits and florals, beeswax, pink lady apples and spice.
Rich yet dry with powerful flavours of stonefruits, spiced pear and beeswax. Flavour builds on the palate and combines with subtle lees and oak derived notes to give a layered mouthfeel while finishing dry and refreshing.
Lovely to drink on its own or match with Asian cuisine, charcuterie or white poultry dishes.
