The Brut Non Vintage is the expression of the quality and the know-how of a Champagne House. It is the Ambassador of the Boizel style.
Brut Réserve is a harmonious blend of the three Champagne grape varieties from some thirty different crus: 30 % Chardonnay chosen for its floral bouquet and elegance, 55 % Pinot Noir selected for its finesse and structure and 15 % Pinot Meunier for its roundness.
Only first press juice (the cuvée) is selected. Reserve wines from the two previous harvests (about 20 %) reinforce body and constancy.

"A beautifully vivid deep golden-yellow colour and lovely tints. Complex and airy nose on scents of butter, apples and red fruit. Good first taste, extremely lively on the palate. A lovely return flavour of butter on the palate and an interesting (hint of fudge), long finish." 4 Stars - Sommeliers international, 01/11/2009
A fresh and lively nose, very appley and citric. Great lemon colour with a lively mousse and a fresh, clean finish. Balanced and elegant, this is a Champagne of great finesse. Decanter, 14 December 2009
Winery Tasting Notes
A brilliant straw gold robe with fine, regular bubbles.
An expressive, fine and fresh nose which opens on white flowers aromas followed by an elegant fruity ambiance with notes of white peach, apricot and some citrus fruits.
In the mouth, the texture is seductive, fresh and well balanced. The first aromas are joined by intense notes of candied fruits and acacia honey. The final is mellow with a lovely persistency.
This champagne, pleasant as an aperitif, can be served throughout a meal, in particular to accompany seafood and fish.
