A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay hand picked from the south facing slopes of cool climate vineyards of the Piccadilly Valley and Lenswood sub-regions of the Adelaide Hills.
Select parcels are chilled, gently pressed and gravity settled before racking to separate the clean juice. Matured on yeast less in bottle prior to disgorging and release. The wine literally bursts out of the glass with a fine creamy mousse and is a full flavoured expression of sparkling wine from the Adelaide Hills.

"Bridgewater Mill is the second label of Croser bottle-fermented sparkling wine, thus having - as you might say in polite circles - good breeding. The bronze-straw colour reflects the dominant pinot noir contribution, fashioned from Adelaide Hills fruit and bottle-fermented, offering distinct touches of strawberry (again, the mark of pinot noir) before a relatively dry finish. "
James Halliday, Herald Sun (18/DEC/2011)
"The little sister wine of the more famous Petaluma Croser, this brings into play your major sparkling characters of chardonnay and pinot noir in a clean, fun, fresh and zingy pour of summer bubbles. No deep thinking here – just enjoy. "
Tony Love, Herald Sun (DEC/2010)
Winery Tasting Notes
The Bridgewater Mill Sparkling NV is straw in colour.
The wine displays the ripe fleshy fuji apple of Pinot Noir and the more delicate crisp green apple of Chardonnay.
This is overlaid by creamy, nutty characters from maturation on yeast lees. The wine literally bursts out of the glass with a fine creamy mousse and is a full flavoured expression of sparkling wine from the Adelaide Hills.
