Winery Tasting Notes
Bright, deep red.
Ripe, fresh blackberry and lifted plum characters combine with spicy white pepper on the palate to produce a long, balanced savoury Shiraz, quite different in style to the traditional Australian Shiraz wines, typical of the warmer climates of the Barossa and McLaren Vale.
Subtle oak blends beautifully with the spicy fruit to produce an elegant cool climate Shiraz that will reward careful cellaring, whilst being delicious and approachable in youth.
