Cabernet has a very long history in Langhorne Creek and is one of the original red varietals used to establish the region. This fruit was grown on ancient, heavy alluvial flood plain soil, traditional to Langhorne Creek.
Named in recognition of our ancestors, Coulthard is our grandmother’s maiden name on our mums side!

Coulthard Cabernet Sauvignon shows the pure varietal expression of the best of Langhorne Creek Cabernet.
The wine displays lifted berry and spice aromas.
A fleshy full-bodied palate showing elegant dark fruit and earthy notes supported by the fine textural tannins.
This wine will develop with further bottle maturation however the fine tannin structure means the wine can be enjoyed now.
Matches well with a pasta, red meat or cheese.
