Dense red-purple; blackberry, plum and milk chocolate flavours are swathed in oak on the bouquet and palate alike, the tannins ripe and, ideally, would flex their muscles more to balance the flavours that precede them.

Winery Tasting Notes
69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot & 1% Shiraz.
Bright ruby red
Fragrant red berry fruit, forest floor complexity and classy oak aromas.
A generous mouthful of ripe dark plum complemented by forest flavours of mint leaves, mushroom and cedary oak. The richness and even palate structure of this blended red is created by abundant and integrated fine grain tannins, resulting in a persistent finish characterised by lingering choc-mint flavours.
