Sauvignon Blanc is one of the last white grape varieties harvested at Ashbrook Estate. This ensures the flavours are fully developed which gives the palate an attractive fullness and softness not often seen in the variety.

"Ashbrook wines are loaded with fruit. This one is right in there with stacks of ripe and intense tropical fruit flavours. A little melon and gooseberry with a fresh bracing acid to keep it lively and vibrant to the long finish." Winery Tasting Notes
The wine has a strongly perfumed, fresh passion-fruit aroma with grassy undertones and an attractive tropical fruit palate.
The opportunity to use ripe fruit has given this wine a pure and very harmonious palate structure. The lovely long palate finishes full, clean and crisp. It is a wine of compelling intensity and complexity.
Enjoy with fresh seafood, fruits and mature cheeses.
The wine is bottled in a screw cap to ensure it retains its freshness over a long period.
