Growing at less than one tonne to the acre, our Chardonnay provides us with excellent ripeness and complexity.
Fermented in a mixture of brand new and one year old French oak barriques, the wine is characterised by rich, powerful fruit integration.

Light straw-green; a good example of the modern interpretation of chardonnay in the Hunter Valley, relatively early picked, but not at the expense of flavour, and only lightly oaked; the melon and stone fruit flavours have good length, and the acidity is spot on. Winery Tasting Notes
Gold green in colour
A complex bouquet of grapefruit and melon with hints of well-integrated subtle nutty oak aromas.
The palate is textured and offers an attractive mouth feel with great structure, richness and balance. It is beautifully balanced with a long, lingering finish.
Enjoy as a young wine and over the next 3 -5 years with careful cellaring.
