2010 is the first vintage produced with our new grape receival area, allowing us to pick all the fruit at optimal ripeness to give the desired fruit flavours and natural acidity needed to produce premium sparkling wine. This wine was fermented in its bottle and matured on yeast lees according to traditional methods.

Winery Tasting Notes
Pale straw in colour with a fine mousse and persistent bead.
This is a creamy, delicate and refreshing sparkling wine with a lifted bouquet of lemon, apple and nougat. The time on yeast lees has given this wine a lovely, textured mid palate and a smooth lingering finish.
Great on its own, or with lightly grilled seafood dishes
Drinking beautifully now but cellar up to two years.
