Ruby red with vibrant pink hues, the St Hallett team make this wine in honour of long Summer afternoons in the Barossan sun.

Our St Hallett Rosé is a drier style of Rosé which is almost too easy to drink. A fun wine to drink, made with some serious winemaking!

Winery Tasting Notes

Turkish delight and ripe red berry fruit pastille notes attributed to the Touriga Nacional is prominent on the nose.

A spectrum of spicy pepper, tannins and weight of the Shiraz combined with the generous juicy raspberry flavours of Grenache and a rose petal and floral- like spice of Tauriga.

Food Matching

Perfect with spicy Asian dishes such as grilled beef salad or prawn Laksa. The right balance of fruit and acid works well with Chinese pork dumplings or caramelised pork belly. Try it with a creamy style cheese or as the "cherry on top" with sweet treats like Pavlova.

Winery Profile

Brand Profile Image

In the heart of the Barossa Valley, Australia’s best known wine region, lies St Hallett, one of the country’s premier wine producers. Established by the Lindner Family in 1944, for many years St Hallett’s winemaking focus was, like many local wineries, on producing fortified wines. However during the seventies and eighties St Hallett turned to explore the true potential of the Barossa through premium table wines. This has resulted in St Hallett’s elevation as one of Australia’s best producers.

St Hallett is renowned for crafting full-flavored, textured wines entirely from Barossa Valley fruit and is credited with producing benchmark wines of the region such as the iconic St Hallett Old Block Shiraz, made from vines aged up to 100 years old.
