This aromatic wine, made from a single clone Riesling grape grown on very low yielding vines, shows layered aromas suggesting talc, lime and floral perfume, followed by a palate with citrus, flint and mineral characters that extends to a long crisp finish. This elegant and universal style may be drunk as an aperitif or will match most food flavours.
