The 2015 vintage in Margaret River started with an unusually warm winter and plenty of rainfall, followed by mild and windy conditions in November, resulting in a prolonged flowering period. This changed in the second half of December to ideal ripening weather, dry and sunny without any extreme heat events and stayed consistent through to the end of February. The whites all harvested during this period are of exceptional quality, showing intense varietal characters.

Winery Tasting Notes
COLOUR:Pink. I could use Fuschia or Crimson, but to me it's just bright and bold PINK
NOSE:Again this wine is all strawberries and cream, with definite hints of summer pudding showing through.
PALATE:Unmistakable notes of berries, strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of spice. This wine is off dry and balanced with natural acidity producing a refreshing and flavoursome finish. All in all a wine we believe is a benchmark Australian style. Definitely a wine to serve chilled, add in an ice block or two if needed, and drink whilst fresh and vibrant. But most importantly, enjoy!
