This wine was made as a rosé from the very first day in the vineyard. The fruit was picked mid March and crushed to a press for 6 hours skin contact time. Once the desired colour and flavour was attained the juice was drained from the press and cold-settled.

Winery Tasting Notes
Fuchsia pink with a solid magenta core.
If you think strawberries and cream you would be spot on. Definite hints of summer pudding showing through.
There are the unmistakable primary characters of berry fruits with a hint of spice, all balanced with a natural acidity producing a refreshing and flavoursome finish. All in all a wine we believe is a benchmark Australian style. This is a more medium-bodied offering than in previous years giving the wine a little more sophistication and complexity.
Definitely a wine to be served chilled and on a hot day an ice cube or three would not go astray in your glass.
