Delightful dark berry aromas of blackberry and mulberry are a feature of this wine.
A key to this wine is the careful selection of grapes from some of our premium vineyards in South Eastern Australia. The result is a full flavoured wine with cherry and chocolate flavours. Integrated with this is a slightly earthy oak character that adds length and a soft, velvety tannin structure.
This flavoursome red wine is a classic partner to red meat such as succulent herb crusted lamb racks or roast beef.
After carefully maturing the wine through the winemaking process to ensure the great structure and flavour of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape is maintained, we then individually selected different batches for the final blend. This allowed us to create this classic Australian Cabernet Sauvignon.
