In 1865 Thomas Hardy had the foresight to begin blending grapes from different regions, believing that the blending would enhance the different qualities of the grapes. His vision proved to be right and it has since become the inspiration for the Heritage Reserve Bin (HRB) range.
The award winning Heritage Reserve Bin range pushes the boundaries of winemaking through the cross regional blending of hand selected grapes.

Winery Tasting Notes
Deep straw in colour with green tinges
The Hardys HRB Chardonnay displays vibrant aromas of nectarine and peach mixed with characters of toasted cashews and vanillin. A complex and interesting bouquet that is highlighted
with spicy French oak notes.
The palate is intensely flavoured with notes of white peach over a citrus structure of lemon and lime. Combining with these fruit elements are subtle hints of French oak spice, toast and nut, lengthening into lingering creaminess.
