This wine displays peach and nectarine aromatics that entice the nose.


With good fresh crispy acidity and fine textured granny smith finish lengthening into the finish wine rewards its consumer to the very end.

Nicholas Bowen, Winemaker

Starve Dog Lane’s Winemaker Nic Bowen is ‘Bred with Cred’. Raised in a well-known WA winemaking family, Nic first explored the world of wine by working in the cellars and vineyards of the estates that his father was managing. He has garnered several prestigious awards and in 2012, he accepted the position as Winemaker at Tintara Winery, further exploring the territory of sparkling, white and red wines. It was a natural move for him to take on responsibility for the award winning Adelaide Hills wines from Starve Dog Lane. Boundless curiosity and great experience mean that Nic will use his skills to pursue the success of these wines for many years to come.
