Verdelho, Chenin Blanc, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay
The fruit for this wine was picked in the cool night air during February 2012. Following crushing and pressing the clarified juice was fermented using specially selected yeast strains at very low temperatures. Once fermentation was complete the individual parcels of wine were carefully blended together to make this consistent and award winning style.

Winery Tasting Notes
Pale lemon with a lime tint
Rich in tropical fruits, particularly guava, passionfruit & pineapple, with a hint of honeysuckle.
The tropical fruits continue in the palate, combining with notes of honey dew melon all with citrus overtones. A crisp dry white, with balanced acidity and a soft finish.
Serve well chilled and drink whilst young and alive.
