Chenin Blanc is Coriole’s principal white variety and was first planted in 1977. Chenin Blanc is an aromatic wine that has a full, delicate palate and is renowned for its outstanding ability to age. It has proven to be well suited to the moderately warm climate of McLaren Vale, and to the vineyards of Coriole.
A very pleasant wine to drink now, and which could also reward some patience if you are up for it.

Pleasant, fruit-driven white for the most part though the dry, chalky finish elevates it. Not to be sneezed at, for early drinking, and may well surprise given a few years in a cool, dark place. CM - Australian Wine Companion, Rating 90, 27th July 2015
Winery Tasting Notes
A lifted aromatic nose of apple and rose petal.
The palate is fresh, juicy and textural with tropical fruit and white peach. A full flavoured yet delicate white wine showing the great distinctiveness of Chenin Blanc.
