Expert Reviews

Intricate craftsmanship is on display here, upholding a fragrant delicacy of wonderfully aromatic jasmine, guava and pink grapefruit long into the finish. A gracefully poised palate is built around taut lemon zest fruit, zippy acidity and gravel-infused texture, reinforced by a one-fifth portion of barrel fermentation. A wine of considerable persistence, textural presence and energetic acidity.

Rating 94 - Drink to 2013 - Tyson Stelzer, Wine Taste Special (OCT/2012)

Winery Tasting Notes

Typically our Sauvignon Blanc exhibits perfumed aromas of passionfruit and guava with tropical and vanilla notes on the nose.

On the palate the ripe fruit character is beautifully balanced against creamy notes from the barrel fermentation portion creating a harmonious and balanced wine with great length and texture.
