Luscious ripe tropical fruits with strong hints of ripe apricot balanced by cleansing acidity that prevents the wine from cloying.

Winery Tasting Notes

Bright, golden straw with some green tinges.

Vibrant aromas of rich ripe apricot, dried pears and hints of musk.

A luscious dessert style with apricot and citrus flavours filling the mouth. Bright natural acidity balances the sweetness leaving a fresh long finish.

Cellaring Potential

This is a finer style of dessert wine more in the European tradition with lusciousness balanced by acidity and a low level of alcohol. A perfect style to enjoy with a fresh fruit dessert or a fully ripened soft cheese. While very enjoyable now it does have the potential to continue to develop in bottle for 10 years.

With the varietal focus on Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay and meticulous care in both the vineyard and winery, the Devil’s Corner range offers a great introduction into the tastes and flavours of Tasmania.
