The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc is vibrant and bright with a pale green straw hue.
The nose shows tropical fruits, white peach, overtones of passionfruit and splashes of grassy/ herbaceous characters.
On the palate there is more complexity than the run of the mill Sauvignon Blanc with layers of passionfruit, kiwifruit and dried herbs. The wine is well balanced, fresh and zesty. It has a racy acidity with a soft finish.
Drink now and till 2016.
